Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 (AU) with all orders sent express post. We do not charge any processing and handling fees. So, the more you buy the cheaper it gets! We use Australia Post to send packages within Australia.
Significant care is taken in packaging to avoid damage while in transit. If there is any problem in receiving your goods or there is any damage please contact us immediately.

International Shipping (outside Australia)
When using the on-line shopping basket to place an order for a destination outside Australia:
1. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button next to the items required.
2. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button at the top of the page in the orange toolbar or click on the shopping basket in the green box to the right of the Logo banner and select checkout.
3. Complete the billing and shipping details you can modify these during the process of ordering by clicking on the modify link on the right of each page.
4. Delivery Method will advise you shipping costs need to be calculated and that you will be contacted by LUCE Natural Skincare shortly regarding the costs of shipping to your specific country address using the email you have provided. There are a couple of extra steps before your order can be processed. We will need your approval as to which shipping option you wish to use and will require you to respond back to us by email. Once we have received your approval for shipping your credit card will then be charged and your order dispatched. Please note: we only charge the ACTUAL cost of shipping through Australia Post. We do not charge any extras such as handling fees and completing documentation.
Please note:International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees their package may incur. Australia Post is the only courier service we use for international orders. You will be provided with a number of delivery options including insured and uninsured shipping. When choosing insured shipping the amount of insurance will be for the contents only, it will not include the shipping cost. If your goods are lost or damaged you will be required to pay the postage for the replacement goods. If you choose uninsured shipping we will not be able to replace the goods, you will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
