LUCE's new website

Welcome to our new website. It has been almost 6 years since we launched the previous website and felt we needed a change to our look. The website is different from our old website but our products are still the same. It is still the same process to manufacture and produce the LUCE products. Still the same philosophy of creating hand made products using high quality ingredients including local ingredients when available. And still the same owner that developed the formulations of the full LUCE range with all products made from 'scratch'.  

 

As with the previous website you will need to signup to the new website. This is a one time process with the advantage that once registered the order process will be quicker and you will be able to check your order history.

LUCE's new home!

We have now moved our Workshop to a new home near the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales. Quite a change from our home of over 12 years on the Sunshine Coast, but equally beautiful.

​

We are presently setting up the new Workshop and once fully operational have many ideas and plans for our product range. New products as well as bringing back a couple of products that customers have scolded us for no longer making. We need more soap too, so will be expanding our range over the coming 6 months.

News will be posted here on the home page as we introduce and update the product range. Please check back regularly.

Changes to Shipping rates

​

Our flat rate standard and flat rate express post prices have just increased. We have held off changing shipping rates for the past 3 years absorbing several price increases by Australia Post. The new postal rates are: Flat rate standard post $8.00 (previously $7.00) and Flat rate express post $13.00 (previously $12.00).

New LUCE Website

Although you will no longer be able to visit us at the Eumundi Markets we hope you will use our website instead to keep in touch and of course place your orders. Our new website offers customers more services including: signup, order history, product information, newsletters and more. You will still be able to email or call if you have any special requests or wish to discuss products.

For our local customers that have previously had arrangements for pickup or have orders delivered please contact Karen on 0417 268 864 to find out the new arrangements. Of course the best way to to know about the latest news including new products and offerings is to receive our newsletter.

Last day at Eumundi Markets

​

Saturday 27 October 2012 was our last day at the Eumundi Markets. After 6 years it is sad to say goodbye and we will miss not being able to talk and meet with the many visitors we have seen over the years.
