ORDERING

To order online click on "Products" button on the left, then click on the required product category page. Enter the quantity for each of the products you wish to order and then click on the "Add to Cart" button at the top of the page. This will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to add more product to your shopping cart click on the "continue shopping" button or if you wish to make changes to the quantity of items already in the shopping cart, make the change and then click on the "recalculate" button. if you have finished shopping click on the "go to payments" button, complete the contact & delivery details then click on 'continue' then proceed with choosing a payment option and finalise your order.

Orders can also be sent by email or postal mail using the form below.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in a number of ways as shown below. All methods listed below are available for on-line shopping from this website.

Direct deposit, cheque/money orders and credit card can be used for payment if using the downloadable order form (PayPal is not available using the downloadable form). Completed order forms can be faxed or posted to the number or address provided at the bottom of the order form.

For email orders, please ensure you provide a contact number if you wish to pay by credit card so that we can contact you. Please do not put your credit card details in an email.

Direct Deposit: Payment can be by direct deposit to our nominated bank account. The bank account number is on the payment page and will be in the email confirming your order. Once funds are deposited, we will dispatch your order. (If you post or email us your order, please indicate you have Direct Deposited funds either on your order form or by email)

Bank Cheque and Money Orders: Payment can be by bank cheque only** or money order. These should be made payable to "Karen Everest". Once your bank cheque or money order is received, we will dispatch your order. **We apologise for any inconvenience but we no longer accept personal cheques.

Credit Card: We accept the following credit cards

Payment can be made using your credit card via PayPal (www.paypal.com.au). Note, you don't require a PayPal account to make a payment by credit card.

SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for postage and handling within Australia. So, the more you buy the cheaper it gets!

We use to send packages within Australia.

Significant care is taken in packaging to avoid damage while in transit. If there is any problem in receiving your goods or there is any damage please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please email any questions regarding international ordering, including shipping charges and payment method to: enquiry@luce.com.au.

When using the on-line shopping basket to place an order for a destination outside Australia:

1. Enter the quantity you require and then click on the 'Add to Cart' button;

2. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Go to Payments' button at the bottom of the shopping cart;

2. Complete the billing information form with your address and contact details, including your email address; and

3. Finally, when asked to choose a payment option, select "International".

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order. Later, we will send you another email with the total cost, including shipping charges calculated specifically for your country address using the email you have provided. We will also suggest an appropriate payment method (our preferred method is by Credit Card for international orders). We will dispatch the soaps you have ordered once payment has been received.
